Entry to the competition is free, excepting for cost of submission, and for this reason the South Pennines Rail Partnership (The Partnership) will not be able to return any photographs.
Number of entries permitted
Each entrant can submit up to a maximum of five photographs.
Copyright and other intellectual property rights
At no stage in this competition, nor subsequent to it shall The Partnership, or any sponsor, lay claim whatsoever to the ownership of copyright or other intellectual property rights in the images entered into the competition.
