Santa Specials

On Sunday 21st December, join Santa and helpers on the 10.15 from Huddersfield, and returning on the 12.35 from Sheffield. Entertainment will be provided by the Moorland Carol Singers. There will be goody bags for the children, and seasonal refreshments for the adults, along with general seasonal fun!

Christmas Music Train

On Monday 22nd December 19.18 Huddersfield to Sheffield and return. Music by Hade Edge Brass Band. Bar facilities on board.

Carol Singing

On Tuesday 23rd December 19.18 from Huddersfield, join the Moorland Carol Singers for carols on the train. Alighting at Silkstone Common for complimentary mulled wine, and carols at The Station Inn. Returning to Huddersfield on the 21.18.

Community Rail Weekend

Our last walk of the year takes in part of the      Trans-Pennine trail, some Yorkshire Water permissive paths all in our usual festive spirit!  Christmas headgear is encouraged !

Continuing our occasional series of walks following ‘our trail’ in stages. Setting out from Dodworth, we head off via Silkstone and Penistone through lovely countryside to Denby Dale.
